The\u00a0exchange\u00a0“The\u00a0KEY\u00a04\u00a0your\u00a0success<\/strong>\u00a0project\u00a0was\u00a0youth exchange involving young people from\u00a07\u00a0countries:\u00a0The Netherlands,\u00a0Italy, Bulgaria,\u00a0Portugal, Romania,\u00a0Serbia\u00a0and\u00a0Turkey.\u00a0It was implemented in Bansko, Bulgaria. The project was funded by Erasmus+ program trough Dutch NA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With this project our main goal was to encourage the entrepreneurial spirit and initiative among young people, especially from small towns. Also  we aimed to introduce young people to entrepreneurship, the skills and attitudes needed by every young person to become an entrepreneur, to foster a sense of initiative and activity among young people – to be searching, developing and to find an alternative in entrepreneurship in order to overcome various obstacles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The youth exchange, “The Key for Your Success,” had a significant impact on multiple levels, resulting in the acquisition of new skills, knowledge, competences, and attitudes among the participants. Moreover, it opened up new opportunities, fostered connections and friendships, and strengthened cooperation between partners. Individually, each participant experienced numerous positive changes as a result of their involvement in the project.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Enhanced Understanding of Entrepreneurship: The project provided participants with comprehensive understanding and knowledge about entrepreneurship, including different types of entrepreneurship, the pathway to becoming a young entrepreneur, required skills, and the significance of education in this field. .<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Increased Awareness of Young People’s Challenges: The project ensured a deeper understanding of the challenges faced by young people nowdays, particularly in relation to gender differences, limited opportunities, inequality in rural areas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Knowledge of Entrepreneurship Programs and Platforms: Participants gained valuable information about various programs and platforms available for entrepreneurship.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Awareness of Erasmus+ , Erasmus for Young entrepreneurs and ESC Opportunities:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Empowerment of Young Girls: The project played a vital role in empowering young girls to realize their potential through entrepreneurship, despite the challenges they may face.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

 -This exposure broadened their understanding of international business opportunities and fostered a spirit of collaboration and networking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The participants became very inspired and created amazing project outcomes to share their acquired knowledge, experience, learning and to inform and inspire other youth people around Europe facing same challenges.
