The main topics addressed included stress, bullying, online pressure, and the lack of emotional support among teenagers and young people.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Participants actively shared ideas and suggestions, highlighting the value of art therapy, mindfulness practices, and open conversations as effective tools for supporting mental well-being. The discussions also emphasized the need for more inclusive and supportive school policies that respond to the emotional needs of young people.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The workshop atmosphere encouraged creativity, intercultural solidarity, and the exchange of personal experiences, creating a safe space for reflection and mutual learning. The target group consisted of university students aged 19 to 23.
