The project aims to reduce the risk of long-term unemployment and social exclusion by providing practical learning experiences, confidence-building activities and tools for personal development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The training took place in <strong>Bansko, Bulgaria<\/strong>, and brought together <strong>23 participants and 2 trainers<\/strong> in an international learning environment. Using <strong>non-formal education methods<\/strong>, the programme encouraged active participation, open dialogue and peer learning through interactive and perspective-taking activities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Participants explored NEET realities, soft skills, teamwork and resilience through experiential activities such as games, creative workshops, design thinking sessions and intercultural discussions. The programme supported reflection on personal challenges, cultural influences and future pathways, while also strengthening cooperation and communication skills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The training concluded with the development of <strong>personal action paths<\/strong> and the recognition of learning outcomes through <strong>Youthpass certificates<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Implemented within the framework of the <strong>Erasmus+ Programme<\/strong>, the 4 NEET Training Course demonstrates how international cooperation and non-formal education can empower young people and support their reintegration into education, employment and active social life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-rich is-provider-canva wp-block-embed-canva\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe title=\"Documento A4 Informaci\u00f3n de alojamiento Moderno Verde y blanco\" src=\"https:\/\/www.canva.com\/design\/DAGzIZt5xKY\/hRYu6OVGFrolX658q2RVFw\/view?embed&amp;meta\" height=\"1000\" width=\"707\" style=\"border: none; border-radius: 8px; width: 707px; height: 1000px;\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\" allow=\"fullscreen\"><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table class=\"has-fixed-layout\"><tbody><tr><td>Funded by the European Union.
