During the session, participants presented their experience from the training course held in Pernik between 16–24 February 2026 and introduced university students to the opportunities offered through the Erasmus+ programme.

The presentation focused on key Erasmus+ initiatives such as Training Courses, Youth Exchanges, and the European Solidarity Corps (ESC), explaining how young people can access international mobility opportunities, participate in non-formal education activities, and develop both personal and professional competences through intercultural experiences. The participants also shared insights from the “Youth Workers’ Lab for Mental Well-being” training course, including the topics explored during the project and the educational booklet created throughout the mobility.

The activity was delivered through an interactive approach that encouraged active participation and dialogue with the students. Through discussions and open questions, participants explored students’ perspectives on international mobility, mental well-being, and youth participation. The audience showed strong interest in Erasmus+ opportunities and engaged actively by asking questions related to application processes, language requirements, accessibility, and the overall organization of international projects.

The dissemination activity successfully contributed to raising awareness about Erasmus+ opportunities among young people and promoted the importance of mental well-being within youth work and educational environments. At the same time, it encouraged students to view international mobility and non-formal learning as valuable tools for personal growth, intercultural understanding, and future professional development.

Funded by the European Union.
