Dissemination activity by Italian team part of YE ‘’Mission Youth Mental Health’’

Creative Mind Night was a small, home-based workshop organized as part of the national dissemination of an Erasmus+ project focused on mental health. Held on 3 October, the event combined learning, open dialogue, and creative expression in an informal and welcoming setting.

The workshop began with a short presentation on mental health and its importance, drawing on examples from different countries and introducing four key pillars: emotions, self-care and well-being, internal resources, and art and expression. This was followed by an open discussion, where participants shared personal experiences, reflected on challenges, and exchanged practical coping strategies in a supportive group environment.

To translate reflection into practice, participants worked in small groups to create short, 10-second creative sketches representing one of the mental health pillars. These were later compiled into a final video that serves as the main dissemination output of the activity.

The overall aim of Creative Mind Night was to raise awareness about mental health, share insights gained through the Erasmus+ project, and engage participants through a creative, collaborative process. By approaching the topic in a light, natural, and personal way, the workshop helped normalize conversations around mental health and showed how everyday interests and creative practices can actively support well-being.
