Dissemination activity of Bulgarian team under project “4NEET”

As part of the dissemination activities of the 4 NEET Training Course, the Bulgarian team organised a physical dissemination meeting involving 35 youth workers, aimed at sharing the project’s main outcomes and learning results.

During the event, participants from the training course presented the key elements of the 4 NEET project, including its objectives, methodology and core learning topics related to working with young people who are Not in Education, Employment or Training (NEET). The presentations highlighted the importance of non-formal education approaches, empathy, perspective-taking and tailored support when addressing the needs of NEET youth.

The meeting created space for direct interaction between trained participants and local youth workers, encouraging discussion on how the project’s outcomes and tools can be applied in everyday youth work practice. Particular attention was given to transferring knowledge, sharing tested activities and exploring ways to adapt the project’s results to local contexts.

By bringing together youth workers and training participants in a face-to-face setting, the Bulgarian dissemination activity contributed to strengthening local capacity, raising awareness and ensuring the sustainability and wider impact of the 4 NEET project results.
