Pro Vision International was a host organization of the training course Youth work going digital. The overall aim of the project was to provide youth workers and NGOs with the adequate and up to date measures-knowledge, skills, competences and experience in digital youth work in order to engage more effectively young people, even those who are marginalized.
Our local volunteer club coordinators and our junior digital/PR coordinator took part in the mobility that enabled them to exchange experience and good practices with other youth workers from UK, Greece, Romania, Italy, Estonia, Denmark, Slovakia, Belgium on the topic of digital youth work. They have gained valuable knowledge on the concept of digital youth work, concrete digital tools to be implemented in our daily work with young people, different gamification tools and programs, tips and tricks how to use different digital tools for creating engaging digital content. After the mobility one day training was organized by the participants from our team to share their knowledge and experience within the other team members and to ensure transfer of information, knowledge, tools, rescources, methodologies. Moreover, they have shared the digital booklet among their professional contacts -other youth workers and youth leaders from across Europe.
