On April 18th, 2023, we had an exciting opportunity to meet with fellow students in the common area of our university, Federico II in Naples. Prior to the meeting, we had reached out and received enthusiastic support from the student association responsible for managing such gatherings.

During the session, we began by presenting a PowerPoint we had prepared, aiming to simplify the concept of Erasmus+ and specifically highlight the significance of training courses. We eagerly discussed the activities we participated in and the valuable skills and competences we gained through this remarkable project.

Surprisingly, the students were unaware of these European Union initiatives tailored for young people. Thus, we took the chance to provide them with insights and tips on applying for similar projects, directing them to the Salto youth website for further information.

Our personal experiences took center stage during the discussion, allowing us to showcase how beneficial and transformative this journey had been for us. Notably, the question on Youthpass certification and non-formal education sparked great interest among the attendees.

We conveyed how participating in Erasmus+ made us feel more connected to the European Union, as we realized the meaningful contribution we could make, particularly by sharing our newfound knowledge within our local communities upon our return home.

We are genuinely elated to have been part of this project and believe that our interaction with the students successfully raised awareness and piqued their interest in such enriching experiences. Emphasizing the importance of seizing these opportunities, we hope to inspire more young people to embark on their own Erasmus+ journeys and become active contributors to a united Europe.

Joining this initiative has been a profound and gratifying experience, and we look forward to witnessing a ripple effect as others discover the transformative power of Erasmus+ projects.
