Dissemination activity by Romanian team part of TC Youth work 4 Human Rights

We are happyto share the success of the Romanian team’s dissemination event in Galati, following their participation in the impactful “Youth work 4 Human Rights” training course.

On 5.5.2023, the team organized a dynamic follow-up activity with a group of enthusiastic young people from a local high school. The event aimed to raise awareness about crucial topics such as human rights, discrimination, and social issues, fostering a sense of empathy and responsibility among the youth.

During the event, the Romanian team presented the key takeaways from their training course experience, showcasing the transformative power of non-formal education. They shared the engaging activities and tools they had acquired, designed to empower youth to become advocates for human rights within their communities.

Witnessing the genuine interest and active engagement of the high school students was a true inspiration. Many of them were unfamiliar with these initiatives tailored for young people, which further emphasized the importance of such dissemination events.

The Romanian team also introduced the concept of the Youthpass certification, emphasizing its significance as a recognition of the skills and competences gained through this life-changing journey.

Overall, the dissemination event served as a powerful platform to ignite passion and curiosity among the young participants, encouraging them to take an active role in promoting human rights and making a positive impact on society.
