Sharing results and good practices from the project DIGI PR 4 NGOs

Provision International as a coordinator along with partnership consortium of NGOs from Armenia, Georgia, Turkey, Spain, Italy and Poland implemented the mobility of youth workers DiGi PR 4 NGOs in Bansko, Bulgaria from 21 till 29 th of April 2023. The mobility included 27 youth workers, coordinators, PR specialist.

In a rapidly evolving digital landscape, where communication and engagement occur primarily through online platforms, the role of youth workers has become more crucial than ever. Recognizing this need, the project “DG PR 4 NGOs” set out to equip youth workers with the digital competences and tools necessary to effectively promote their organizations’ missions and engage with young people. Let’s delve into the remarkable outcomes and impacts of this project that have transformed the way youth workers connect with their communities.

Unlocking Digital Competences

“DiGi PR 4 NGOs” aimed to address the digital divide that many NGOs and youth workers face in effectively reaching and engaging their target audiences. Through a series of interactive and participatory activities, participants were immersed in the world of digital PR, online campaigning, and effective communication strategies. From mastering social media tools to crafting compelling digital campaigns, youth workers gained a comprehensive set of competences that empowered them to navigate the digital realm with confidence.

The “DiGi PR 4 NGOs” project has left an indelible mark on youth work by equipping passionate individuals with the digital competences needed to thrive in the digital age. The transformed outreach, increased visibility, and strengthened engagement efforts have not only benefited the participating organizations but also have a positive ripple effect on the young people they serve. As the digital landscape continues to evolve, the impact of this project will continue to resonate, fostering greater connections and creating meaningful change in the lives of young people.
