Sharing results from the Training course Youth Workers 4 Human rights

Youth Workers 4 Human Rights was a groundbreaking project aimed at equipping youth workers with the necessary knowledge, skills, and competence to effectively advocate for minority rights and empower minority youth. The project focused on addressing the pressing issues of social injustice, social exclusion, and discrimination faced by minority communities. Through strategic partnerships, comprehensive training, and innovative approaches, the project aimed to create a lasting impact on local, national, and European levels.

 The primary objectives of Youth Workers 4 Human Rights were as follows:

  1. To provide youth workers with a deeper understanding of minority rights and challenges.
  2. To raise awareness of the impact of COVID-19 and other factors on minority youth.
  3. To develop the skills and competencies of youth workers in promoting, protecting, and educating about minority rights.
  4. To foster an understanding of advocacy for minority rights and encourage youth workers to be proactive in addressing human rights violations within specific minority groups.
  5. To build a strong network among partner organizations for future cooperation and joint initiatives in the promotion of minority rights.
