We are proud to present a new magazine created with the purpose of opening meaningful and honest conversations about mental health and well-being. Too often, these topics remain hidden or are treated as taboo, despite the fact that they affect every one of us in different ways. Through this publication, we aim to bring mental health into the spotlight and encourage openness, understanding, and care.
The magazine brings together articles, personal reflections, and creative contributions that explore mental health from different perspectives. It is designed especially with young people in mind, offering a safe space to speak openly about emotions, challenges, and everyday experiences. By sharing stories and knowledge, we seek to raise awareness and inspire positive actions, reminding readers that mental health is just as important as physical health.
Mental health is an urgent issue that requires greater attention, particularly among young people. Stress, anxiety, and depression are increasingly present in daily life, yet stigma and silence often prevent individuals from seeking support. This magazine stands against stereotypes and discrimination, promoting empathy, acceptance, and solidarity instead.
With this publication, we hope to contribute to a more open and supportive dialogue around mental well-being and to encourage readers to take care of themselves and each other.
