Dissemination activity by Italian team part of YE ‘’Mission Youth Mental Health’’

Part of the italian team part of project YE ‘’Mission Youth Mental Health’’ hosted a small dissemination event to share one of the most meaningful experiences of my life – my Erasmus+ youth exchange in Bansko, Bulgaria, focused on mental health. In a relaxed, home-based setting and surrounded by friends, I revisited a journey that supported my personal growth, broadened my cultural perspective, and deepened my understanding of mental health among young people.

During the event, I shared how the youth exchange brought together participants from several European countries, each contributing their own experiences, cultures, and viewpoints. Through workshops, group discussions, and team-based activities, we explored key aspects of mental health, learned to recognize challenges faced by young people, and developed practical tools for self-care and mutual support.

I concluded the event by emphasizing that Erasmus+ is more than a mobility programme – it is a life-changing experience. The mental health youth exchange in Bansko showed me that caring for ourselves and others is an ongoing journey, and one that becomes even more powerful when shared in an international and supportive community.
