The Turkish team, as part of the Youth Exchange “Mission Youth Mental Health”, implemented a local dissemination workshop at their sending organisation in İznik. The activity aimed to share the main learnings, methods, and experiences gained during the youth exchange with peers and members of the local community.
During the workshop, participants were introduced to key topics related to youth mental health, emotional well-being, self-care, and mutual support. Using interactive and participatory methods inspired by the exchange, the Turkish team facilitated discussions and practical activities that encouraged open dialogue, reflection, and sharing of personal perspectives in a safe and supportive environment.
The local workshop helped raise awareness about the importance of mental health among young people in İznik, while also highlighting the value of international youth exchanges. Through this dissemination activity, the Turkish team multiplied the impact of the Erasmus+ project by transferring knowledge, fostering empathy, and promoting healthier attitudes toward mental well-being at local level.
