Dissemination activity by Greek team part of YE ‘’Mission Youth Mental Health’’

The Bulgarian team implemented a local dissemination activity in Petrich, where they organised a workshop and presentation for their peers at Professional High School Asen Zlatarev. The aim of the activity was to share the main learnings and experiences from the youth exchange Mission Youth Mental Health and to open a dialogue on mental health among young people.

During the session, the team presented the Erasmus+ programme and explained how youth exchanges work, highlighting the educational and personal benefits of international participation. They then shared their personal experiences from the exchange, focusing on topics such as emotional well-being, stress management, self-care, and the importance of mutual support among peers.

The workshop included interactive elements and open discussions, allowing students to actively participate, ask questions, and reflect on mental health challenges relevant to their everyday school life. The activity helped raise awareness, reduce stigma around mental health, and encouraged young people to see Erasmus+ as an accessible opportunity for learning, growth, and positive change.
