Hello everyone from the UK team that took part in an amazing program in Bansko, Bulgaria! This has been an incredible week for all of us-we were able to not only learn tons of new information, open our eyes for new opportunities but also the motivation and empowerment we all somehow needed after the COVID19 hard times. First of all let us tell you something important-if you have not been part of Erasmus+ journey before, do not hesitate-board on one! Erasmus+ program is an amazing opportunity for each young person to learn, travel, grow and be active and feel empowered! Erasmus+ will give you the opportunity to live once in a life magical experience with young people from around Europe and beyond! You will end up discussing rather important social issues and feel part of it because we young people have the power to change! Absolutely life changing was also our experience in Bulgaria-we met amazing HUMANS from Bulgaria, Italy and Spain, we were able to explore so much about those cultures, learn about their traditions, learn amazing facts. Thus we were able to meet with our own stereotypes and ways of thinking and it felt challenging but refreshing! We were able to discuss so essential social issues such as discrimination, extremism, radicalization but what blew our minds away that for the first time we as young people were also able to think of solutions and steps to take to prevent those issues. Every day was really different from the other and all of us as a team were learning and growing together! What we each got personally and individually out of this incredible project was far from what everyone expected! It was eye opening, motivating, life changing, incredible journey that enriched each of us tremendously! Thank you everyone! Thank you Bulgaria! Thank you Erasmus+!
