Holaa Amigos! Hello from the Spanish team who recently went to Bulgaria on youth exchange project called Volunteering-a path to employability where along with other young people from Bulgaria, Uk and Italy we were discussing issues related to youth unemployment, youth employability, soft skills and volunteering as a way to acquire such skills. First of all we had some preparation before we went to Bulgaria-we had to research those topics in our countries and prepare some presentations before going to Bansko, Bulgaria. During this week in Bulgaria, along with the others we ere learning something new every day, also learning about ourselves and each other, about our cultures, but also our realities, dreams, challenges and hopes. We found out we had some so many similarities-we are facing similar issues and we have similar goals and hopes. We all feel like we gained so much during this time-we gained information, knowledge, contacts, personal skills and competences, some of us became more sure in their own abilities, more confident and easy going, some learnt how to led and organize, we all developed our English and knowledge on other cultures and so so much more! The project was really engaging, beneficial, fruitful, meaningful, full of learning, fun, joy and inspiration. We are all looking forward to our next Erasmus+ journey!
