Dissemination activity by Romanian team part of YE ‘’Mission Youth Mental Health’’

During the workshop sessions, participants discussed key questions such as what mental health truly means, why stigma around mental health exists, and how open dialogue and education can contribute to breaking it. The main topics addressed included stress, bullying, online pressure, and the lack of emotional support among teenagers and young people.

Participants actively shared ideas and suggestions, highlighting the value of art therapy, mindfulness practices, and open conversations as effective tools for supporting mental well-being. The discussions also emphasized the need for more inclusive and supportive school policies that respond to the emotional needs of young people.

The workshop atmosphere encouraged creativity, intercultural solidarity, and the exchange of personal experiences, creating a safe space for reflection and mutual learning. The target group consisted of university students aged 19 to 23. The activity was held outdoors, in a park in Galați, which contributed to a relaxed and open environment for discussion and participation.
