Dissemination activity of Lithuanian team part of TC “Youth Workers’ Lab for Mental Well-being”

As part of the follow-up and dissemination activities of the training course “Youth Workers’ Lab for Mental Well-being,” the Lithuanian team organized a practical workshop focused on stress management and emotional well-being for young people. The activity, titled “Manage Your Stress!”, took place on 24 March 2026 and aimed to strengthen psychological resilience by providing participants with practical and accessible tools for coping with stress in everyday life.

During the workshop, participants explored a variety of simple and applicable well-being practices, including emotional freedom techniques, breathing exercises, meditative and tactile activities, and reflective journaling. The facilitators also introduced the scientific and psychological foundations behind relaxation methods and encouraged participants to reflect on healthy habits that could support emotional balance and mental well-being in the long term.

In addition to the practical activities, the workshop also introduced young people to the opportunities provided through the Erasmus+ programme. Participants learned more about international trainings and youth exchanges focused on topics such as digital education, inclusion, cultural diversity, sustainability, and active citizenship. The facilitators highlighted how Erasmus+ mobility projects create opportunities not only for learning and intercultural dialogue, but also for self-discovery, confidence-building, and personal growth.

The session was facilitated by career consultant Aistė Augustaitienė together with participants Rusnė Pajaujytė and Arham Khalid, who shared their experiences and learning outcomes from the training course organized by Assocaiton Provision International from Bulgaria.

The workshop received very positive feedback from participants, who evaluated the activity highly and expressed interest in taking part in similar initiatives in the future. Many participants particularly appreciated the practical nature of the session and noted that activities related to stress management and emotional well-being are highly needed among young people today.
